About The Position
This position is a dual DOS for the Hampton Inns in Patterson and Stockton. This role requires an on-site presence in both locations based on business needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Travel between two properties
Responsibilities
- Solicit business within different market segments via tele-prospecting and outside sales calls
- Take responsibility for the development and implementation of sales plans
- Assist General Manager in the development and updating of the hotel level business plan to include input on sales goals
- Review of monthly STAR reports for hotel
- Communicate with Revenue Management to ensure pricing is appropriate and adjust selling strategies as needed
- Requires excellent communication skills
- Requires excellent customer service skills
- Requires travel between two properties
