About The Position

Under minimal direction, the DSUS Bag Jammer responds to and corrects fault conditions within the baggage handling system. The role assists with clearing baggage handling system jams and supports technicians or other personnel with basic maintenance, including sweeping, cleaning, and greasing. The position works in all areas of airport property and requires compliance with company safety programs, policies, and procedures, as well as completion of assigned safety training. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

• Must meet the stated physical demands, which include frequent standing, walking, handling/fingering, reaching outward, climbing/balancing, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and pushing or pulling up to 50 pounds; some activities and handling heavier loads are occasional.
• Must meet the stated vision and hearing requirements.
