About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor for the 2027 Winter Semester in the Civil Law Section at Fauteux Hall. The course, Droit de l’entreprise III (DRC4593 Section AA00), focuses on financial law. It offers an interdisciplinary approach to the law applicable to corporate finance, banking activities, and capital markets. The course covers the supervision and legal framework of the financial sector in Canada, the legal relationships between financial institutions and their clients, and the objectives and essential components of securities law. The language of instruction is French, and passive competence in a second language is required. The course is scheduled for Mondays from 16:00 to 19:00, in person.

Requirements
