About The Position

This course focuses on the division of powers and related issues under the Canadian Constitution. It also covers constitutional law concerning Indigenous peoples.

Requirements

  • LL.B. or J.D. degree.
  • Member in good standing of the Ontario Bar (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in the legal profession, particularly in constitutional law.
  • Ability to teach in French.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Droit constitutionnel II (CML2713 Section M00) during the 2027 Winter Semester.
  • Provide instruction in French.
