As a Driveway Inventory Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting vehicle inventory operations by processing transactions, verifying financial information, managing lien payoffs and equity payments, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. You'll work with multiple systems and datasets while partnering with internal teams to ensure inventory and accounting processes run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with spreadsheets, validating data, and reconciling information.
  • Ability to review large volumes of data and identify discrepancies quickly and accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Experience navigating multiple systems and software applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years of administrative, operations, accounting support, or data-processing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle inventory transactions and post accounting entries for purchases submitted by Driveway hub locations.
  • Review, verify, and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records across multiple systems.
  • Process daily customer equity payments, including ACH and check requests.
  • Manage lien payoff transactions and ensure timely, accurate processing.
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize data to support reporting and operational decision-making.
  • Perform quality audits to identify discrepancies, resolve errors, and improve data accuracy.
  • Research and reconcile exceptions while maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
