About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non CDL Truck Driver to join its Transportation team. The role is responsible for safely operating a company vehicle and providing excellent customer service while handling and delivering customer orders. The driver loads and transports orders, drives the route without assistance, and completes accurate paperwork and records while following security and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a consistently good driving record.
• Successfully meet background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
• Be able to lift at least 70 pounds and push or pull bins weighing 25 to 350 pounds, with an average weight of 170 pounds.
• Be able to carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• Have strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving practices and demonstrable customer service and clear verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of route transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles in accordance with security and regulatory procedures.
• Deliver customer orders on time and prepare accurate, complete paperwork and records.
• Load and transport orders and drive the route without assistance.
• Collaborate with the operations team and customers to provide excellent customer service and a seamless delivery and retrieval process.
