About The Position

The Driver ensures safe and prompt transportation for PACE participants, including meal delivery and delivery of essential supplies. The role maintains vehicle cleanliness and safety and promptly reports vehicle issues to the Transportation Manager.

Drivers transport participants with attention to safety, comfort, and satisfaction; follow schedules while adapting to unforeseen changes and participant needs; comply with regulations and safety standards; and provide physical assistance during boarding and disembarking when needed. Identified needs and concerns are shared with appropriate team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Safe driving history of at least five years.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with elderly or frail populations preferred.

• Promptly report vehicle issues to the Transportation Manager.
