Concept Rehab is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in St. Joseph, Michigan! Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Michigan OT license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled OT services based on each patient's needs and goals
Help patients improve strength, coordination, mobility, ADLs and functional independence
Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with patients, families and caregivers
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes
Build meaningful relationships with the patients you serve
