Requirements

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• One year of experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing community; new graduates are also considered and may be trained.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid certification.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good documentation skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community.
• Electronic charting experience with Net Health.
