About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Driver at Summit in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role provides resident transportation and supports residents’ safe, timely arrival at appointments. It also assists with community maintenance and safety needs and delivers professional customer service to residents. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The listed pay range is $17.50–$23.25 per hour. Work includes indoor and outdoor duties, sometimes in inclement weather, and is physically active.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess and maintain the specific state-required chauffeur-class license.
Must have a clean driving record under the insurance carrier’s policy.
Must be first aid certified.
Must have clear verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing more than 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the workday; use of a ladder is required.
Must be criminally cleared and fidelity bondable.
Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Health must be verified by a physician’s screening no more than six months before or seven days after employment, and the screening must show the person is free from pulmonary tuberculosis.
Must demonstrate skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership and supervision, including time management and organization.
Must have a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
