About The Position
LHRC is hiring a Driver for its Women's Residential Treatment Facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Driver transports clients to and from medical and court appointments, community events, recreational outings, home visits, school, and other destinations. The role may require shift work outside normal business hours.
Requirements
- Must be over 23 years old.
- Must have a valid Class A driver's license.
- Must have previous experience transporting individuals in a 15-passenger van.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen, including Louisiana state-required fingerprint-based background check and drug screening.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work shifts outside normal business hours.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, reliable, and energetic, with excellent time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Transport clients to and from medical appointments.
- Transport clients to court appointments throughout Louisiana.
- Transport clients to community events and recreational outings.
- Transport clients for home visits and to school.
