About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Driver at McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa, Tennessee. The position pays $15 per hour. Drivers transport and shuttle rental vehicles between Enterprise, National, and Alamo locations at the airport and move vehicles among designated areas for servicing, transport, and rental. The role focuses on ensuring vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with the company’s quality standards. Available schedules are Thursday–Saturday, Saturday–Monday, or Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Shifts are 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m., or 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Drivers may also perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles from the return location to the cleaning or servicing location.
Drive serviced vehicles from the cleaning location to the ready line and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
