About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Driver at McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa, Tennessee. The position pays $15 per hour and is responsible for moving and positioning rental vehicles between airport properties and locations for servicing, transport, and rental. Drivers help ensure vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with the company’s quality standards. Available schedules are Thursday–Monday, Sunday–Thursday, or Tuesday–Saturday, with shifts starting at 6:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., or 2:00 p.m. Each shift is 8.5 hours. The position offers a consistent 40-hour work week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning or servicing locations.
Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
