About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Driver at McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa, Tennessee. The position pays $15 per hour and follows a consistent 40-hour-per-week schedule. Drivers transport and shuttle rental vehicles among National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport, moving vehicles between return, cleaning and servicing, and ready-line areas so they are accessible to customers and meet the company’s quality standards. The role may also involve delivering vehicles to off-airport Enterprise locations, coordinating with other drivers, and communicating by two-way radio or cellular phone. Schedules are available Thursday–Monday, Sunday–Thursday, or Tuesday–Saturday, with shifts starting between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and ending between 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise airport locations.
Drive returned vehicles to cleaning or servicing locations.
Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow other drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate by two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
