About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Automotive Detailer at McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa, Tennessee. The role pays $18 per hour, with an opportunity to earn a production bonus. The detailer washes, cleans, sanitizes, inspects, and prepares cars, trucks, and vans for customer rentals, following high cleanliness and safety standards. The position also includes fueling and staging vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of branch areas, and assisting customers when needed. Available schedules are three-day shifts on Thursday–Saturday, Saturday–Monday, or Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, with shift times ranging from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel levels and warning lights; inspect windshields; reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer belongings and place valuables in Lost & Found; and verify that vehicle registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add fluids as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report warning lights or vehicle, windshield, or tire damage, and remove vehicles from processing when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed and possibly transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the site, including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors.
• Clean desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms; remove trash; vacuum and sweep the lot; and perform other daily branch-cleanliness tasks.
• Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
