About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Lot Driver at Charlottesville Airport in Charlottesville, Virginia. This is a local, non-CDL driving position moving and positioning rental vehicles among airport locations and facilities for servicing, transport, and rental. The role focuses on ensuring vehicles are ready for customers according to the company’s quality standards. Starting pay is $15 per hour. The available schedule is Sunday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Monday through Thursday are off. The position is based at Charlottesville Airport, 100 Bowen Loop, Charlottesville, VA 22911.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years; total points cannot exceed eight.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving violation, such as DUI or DWI, in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport.
Drive returned vehicles to cleaning or servicing locations.
Move serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to other areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate using a two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
