About The Position

Immanuel Pathways PACE® is looking for a Full-Time Driver to join our team at Pathways Omaha. This role is ideal for someone passionate about serving others and enjoys connecting with co-workers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, allowing for evenings and weekends off. The position offers up to $23.36/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Able to pass a DOT physical
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Valid Driver’s license is required.
In Iowa, Chaueffeur's license will be required prior to hire.
CDL certificate may be required depending on location.
CNA certificate may be required depending on location.
Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Hiring is contingent on successfully passing a DOT Medial Exam and obtaining DOT Medial Examiner’s Certificate.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and timely transportation of Immanuel Pathways participants, under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor.
Transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other items deemed necessary.
Maintain the overall cleanliness and safety of the assigned vehicle on a daily basis.
Communicate any safety issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
Be capable of, and experienced in, transporting individuals with special mobility needs.
