About The Position

Mygrant Glass is hiring a Driver/Warehouse Associate in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role combines delivery driving with warehouse work, helping ensure glass products are delivered safely and accurately while supporting daily inventory and branch operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with rotating Saturdays. The position is nonexempt and reports to the Branch Manager. The associate unloads and inspects incoming inventory, processes and stocks products, picks and loads orders, cleans and labels glass, follows delivery routes and schedules, safely operates a delivery vehicle, handles returns and payments, and completes required records. Additional work includes organizing inventory and accessories, assisting customers, maintaining branch cleanliness, and following health, safety, and quality policies. Other tasks may be assigned. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a valid driver’s license; passing an MVR check; and maintaining forklift certification. Applicants should have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience and be comfortable operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers. A CMV DOT Medical Card is preferred. The work requires close visual acuity and the ability to hear and distinguish sounds at normal speaking levels. Physical demands include handling glass with adequate finger grip strength; lifting or exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly; and remaining stationary or upright for prolonged periods during an 8–10-hour shift. The associate may also need to climb stairs, maneuver in tight spaces, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch. Requirements

Pass an MVR check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming inventory, inspect it for damage, process it, and stock it.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders or transfers and load glass racks and trucks.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and apply the proper labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules; deliver products and receive returns on time.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Receive and process returned stock.
Complete logs and documentation.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries and at will call.
Help maintain the branch’s appearance, including cleaning the warehouse and counter area.
Follow health and safety policies and quality standards.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
