About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a Material Handler/Delivery Driver in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This hands-on role combines warehouse material handling with local deliveries. The position is based at 874 N. 165th East Ave., Suite A, Tulsa, OK 74116, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week on first shift, within business hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The base pay is $19.50 per hour, with an opportunity to increase base pay after six months of employment and eligibility for a monthly incentive bonus based on individual contribution and warehouse team performance.

The employee will load and unload trucks, pick orders, organize inventory, and deliver products to local destinations. Driving duties involve safely operating non-CDL 16-foot box trucks and sprinter vans. Material handling equipment training is provided for cherry pickers, forklifts, and walkie riders. The work is active and takes place in a fast-paced environment, requiring extended periods of standing, bending, and walking, as well as frequent lifting of up to 70 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 90 pounds. The role also requires comfort working at heights up to 25 feet.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have at least one year of US-based driving experience.
• Must complete a criminal background check.
• Must complete a DOT physical and provide a three-year motor vehicle report.
• Must be able to handle daily physical tasks, including frequently lifting 70 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 90 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Must have good communication skills in English.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
