About The Position

Mygrant Glass is seeking a reliable, hardworking Driver/Warehouse Associate to support branch operations. The role combines making safe, timely deliveries of glass products and assisting customers with pickups with general warehouse work, including receiving, inspecting, processing, and stocking inventory; preparing and loading orders; managing returns; and maintaining an orderly workspace. The associate provides prompt, courteous customer service, follows delivery routes and schedules, and completes related records and system entries. This is a nonexempt position reporting to the Branch Manager, with a Monday–Friday day schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing work conditions.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects; have finger grip strength to handle glass.
Be able to perform the visual, auditory, and physical activities described, including prolonged stationary or upright work, stair traversal, maneuvering in tight spaces, overhead reaching, and occasional squatting, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching during an 8–10-hour shift.

Prior experience in a warehouse or delivery role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Unload inventory from incoming vehicles, inspect it for damage, and process and stock it.
Pick the correct products and quantities for orders and load glass onto racks and trucks.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and apply appropriate labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules to deliver products and receive returns on time.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Receive and process returned stock.
Complete logs and documentation.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
Interact with and assist customers during deliveries and at will-call pickups.
Help maintain the branch’s appearance, including cleaning the warehouse and counter area.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
