About The Position

The Driver / Lot Attendant cares for dealership vehicles, property, and customers while maintaining the dealership’s internal and external appearance and cleanliness. The role includes moving and merchandising vehicles, delivering vehicles to other sites as needed, assisting customers, and running errands. The employee may also be assigned other duties at a supervisor’s reasonable request, and the job description may be revised at the company’s discretion.

Requirements

• Safely operate a wide variety of vehicles, including those with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Be a reliable team player focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Care for vehicles, dealership property, and customers.
• Maintain the internal and external appearance and cleanliness of the dealership.
• Move vehicles to maintain vehicle displays.
• Deliver vehicles to other sites and locations as needed.
• Merchandise vehicles to appeal to customers.
• Greet and assist customers as needed.
• Run miscellaneous errands for the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by a supervisor.
