About The Position

Kendall Hyundai of Vancouver is hiring a Lot Attendant to help keep the dealership looking great and vehicles ready for test drives and customers. This is an entry-level automotive position with training, room for growth, and opportunities to advance into sales or service. The employer offers full-time and part-time positions and is open to working with candidates' schedules.

The work is generally performed both outdoors and indoors, with some time in a shop environment. Most duties involve standing or walking, and bending and twisting are required to enter and exit vehicles. Mechanical hand tools, pressure washers, and general car-wash equipment are used daily throughout the work shift.

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekend and/or evening shifts.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrid models.
• Good driving record.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Wash and vacuum new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Drive and move vehicles as needed.
• Fuel vehicles at an off-site location.
• Prepare vehicles for customers by removing wraps and making them customer ready.
• Occasionally jumpstart or charge vehicles.
• Perform janitorial tasks inside and outside the dealership.
• Deliver vehicles to other Kendall locations.
