About The Position

The Valet / Driver / Lot Attendant cares for dealership vehicles, property, and customers. The role maintains the dealership’s internal and external appearance and cleanliness, moves and merchandises vehicles, delivers vehicles to other sites as needed, assists customers, and runs errands. The employee may also be asked to perform other duties reasonably assigned by a supervisor. Duties and responsibilities may be revised at the company’s discretion.

Requirements

• Safely operate a wide variety of vehicles, including vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Be a reliable team player focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the dealership’s interior and exterior.
• Move vehicles to maintain vehicle displays.
• Deliver vehicles to other sites and locations as needed.
• Merchandise vehicles to appeal to customers.
• Greet and assist customers as needed.
• Run miscellaneous errands for the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by a supervisor.
