The Driver for Non-Medical Transportation supports program operations by transporting clients from adult living facilities, residential homes, or other agreed-upon locations to programming and returning them safely afterward. The role includes supervising and supporting clients during transportation, maintaining transportation records, and ensuring company vehicles and safety equipment are clean, functional, and maintained according to schedule. The position follows a Monday–Friday split-shift schedule: drivers complete a morning route, take a 4–5-hour break, and return for an afternoon route. Drivers attend weekly technician meetings for additional training and interact professionally with clients and the community.
