About The Position

Juniper is seeking a Driver Crew Member for its landscape maintenance teams in Fort Myers, Florida. This is a dual driver and crew member position: the employee drives a Juniper truck and 24-foot trailer and works alongside the landscape maintenance crew at job sites. Crew members perform assigned work safely and to a high quality standard to maintain attractive landscapes for clients. Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
Ability and willingness to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Ability and willingness to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Landscaping experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a company work truck with a 24-foot trailer.
Perform daily vehicle inspections.
Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and complete job-site tasks, including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, pulling weeds, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance.
Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscaping duties.
Move soil, equipment, and materials.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
