About The Position

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for its Landscape Maintenance teams. Crew Members perform work at job sites safely and to a high standard of quality, helping maintain beautiful landscapes for clients. The role involves carrying out a range of landscape maintenance tasks and other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Landscaping experience is required.
• Must be able and willing to work outdoors for long periods, including in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf, edge, and blow landscape areas.
• Prune shrubs and low tree branches.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Lay sod.
• Pull weeds.
• Apply mulch.
• Pick up trash or debris.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Dig trenches and holes.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
