About The Position

Juniper is seeking a Driver Crew Member for its landscape maintenance teams in Davie, Florida. This is a dual driver and crew member role: the employee drives a Juniper truck and trailer and works alongside the landscape maintenance crew at job sites. Crew members perform their work safely and to a high standard to help maintain attractive landscapes for clients. Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
Ability and willingness to work for long periods outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Ability and willingness to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Landscaping experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a company work truck with a 24-foot trailer.
Perform daily vehicle inspections.
Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew at job sites.
Perform mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, mulching, and general landscape maintenance.
Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
Move soil, equipment, and materials.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
