About The Position

Juniper is seeking a Driver Crew Member for its landscape maintenance teams. This dual-role position involves driving a Juniper truck and trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at client job sites. Crew Members complete assigned work safely and to a high quality standard to help maintain attractive landscapes. Work includes operating vehicles and equipment, performing landscape maintenance tasks, and moving materials. The position requires working outdoors for extended periods, including in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, and performing repeated bending, stooping, and twisting.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
Ability and willingness to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Ability and willingness to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Landscaping experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a company work truck with a 24-foot trailer.
Perform daily vehicle inspections.
Work as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and complete job-site tasks, including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance.
Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
Move soil, equipment, and materials.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
