About The Position

Circuit is seeking a Driver Ambassador to drive electric shuttles within a mapped service area in Hollywood and provide safe, enjoyable transportation for local residents and visitors. The role combines driving with community engagement: ambassadors welcome passengers, share local facts and recommendations, and help make each ride a positive experience. Driver Ambassadors operate a variety of electric vehicles, including GEMS, sedans, and vans, and complete pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle cleanliness. The position requires safe driving, strong customer service, and the ability to use mobile technology and navigation applications. Circuit describes its work environment as fun and flexible and emphasizes accessible, sustainable transportation and an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

At least 3 years of safe driving experience.
A valid driver’s license.
A passion for customer service and enthusiasm for showcasing the community.
Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
Comfort working in different weather conditions, including summer conditions.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to comply with vehicle weight and height requirements specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Nice To Haves

A chauffeur’s license or commercial driving experience.
Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide transportation around the community, helping locals and tourists reach their destinations safely.
Welcome passengers and create an enjoyable riding experience.
Provide safe, efficient, and fun rides while maintaining excellent customer service.
Drive electric vehicles including GEMS, sedans, and vans, some of which may not have power steering.
Complete pre- and post-vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Share local facts, hotspots, and hidden gems with passengers.
