About The Position

Circuit is hiring a Driver Ambassador to drive electric shuttles within a mapped service area and provide transportation for locals and visitors. The role combines safe driving with community engagement: welcoming passengers, sharing local facts and destinations, and creating an enjoyable ride while delivering excellent customer service. Drivers operate electric GEMS, sedans, and vans, some of which may not have power steering, and keep vehicles clean through pre- and post-trip inspections. Available schedules are Sunday–Wednesday, 2:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.; Thursday–Saturday, 2:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.; or Monday–Friday, 2:15 p.m.–6:30 p.m. in Bellevue. The posting offers an hourly base rate of $20 plus tips. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Requirements

At least 3 years of safe driving experience.
A valid driver’s license.
A passion for customer service and enthusiasm for showcasing the community.
Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
Comfort working in different weather conditions, including summer and winter.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to comply with vehicle weight and height requirements specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Nice To Haves

A chauffeur’s license or experience driving commercially.
A CDL or experience operating ADA vehicles.
Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Drive electric shuttles within the mapped service area and transport passengers safely.
Provide friendly customer service and make rides enjoyable for passengers.
Share local facts, hotspots, and hidden gems with passengers.
Deliver safe, efficient, and enjoyable rides to the general public.
Operate electric GEMS, sedans, and vans, including vehicles that may not have power steering.
Keep vehicles clean by completing pre- and post-vehicle inspections.
