About The Position

The Drive Up and Go Supervisor oversees daily Home Shopping fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time and customers receive a strong pickup and delivery experience. The role coordinates fulfillment from picking and staging through dispensing and, where applicable, delivery coordination; resolves customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds; and ensures associates use Home Shopping technology and fulfillment systems properly.

The supervisor monitors performance measures such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role manages schedules in line with order volume and peak demand, partners with department leaders on inventory availability, and hires, trains, coaches, and develops associates. It also ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, company operating standards, safety policies, and the Code of Business Conduct. The position requires flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a positive pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
