About The Position

The Drive Up and Go Supervisor oversees daily Home Shopping Department operations, leading digital order fulfillment and supporting a seamless pickup and delivery experience. The role focuses on accurate, timely order completion, customer satisfaction, digital sales growth, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The supervisor coordinates fulfillment from picking and staging through dispensing and delivery coordination where applicable, supports associates, and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.

The role requires flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. It involves lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in varying temperature environments. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor performance measures such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
• Follow company safety policies and the Code of Business Conduct.
