About The Position

The Drive Up and Go Manager leads daily Home Shopping Department operations, overseeing digital order fulfillment to ensure customer orders are accurate, timely, and handled with care. The role delivers a strong pickup and delivery experience, supports customer satisfaction, and contributes to digital sales growth and overall store success.

The manager coordinates end-to-end fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable. They use fulfillment technology and systems to monitor operational performance, plan labor and schedules, and work with department leaders to address inventory issues. They also hire, train, coach, and develop associates while maintaining food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operating standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver an exceptional pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
