About The Position
The DRIVE Leadership Development Program is a full-time, 24-month leadership development opportunity through Wyler University at Jeff Wyler Automotive Family. It is designed for college graduates seeking an accelerated path toward automotive retail management. Participants begin at an annual salary of $70,000 and develop business knowledge, operational experience, and leadership skills through hands-on work rather than classroom-only instruction. Participants work alongside experienced professionals and leaders and gain exposure to sales and business development, financial and business operations, service and fixed operations, marketing, human resources, corporate operations, and leadership and management. The program includes executive mentorship, structured development, performance feedback, and practical opportunities to demonstrate leadership through real business challenges. Successful graduates may be considered for management opportunities with potential annual earnings exceeding $100,000; placement and compensation depend on performance and the available leadership opportunity. The program is intended to prepare talented graduates for future leadership positions within Jeff Wyler Automotive Family, a family-owned automotive retail organization operating across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Candidates must be flexible to work across dealership locations and business functions.
