About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead and provide exemplary guest service; oversee spa reservations, check-ins, and retail experiences. Ensure all guest interactions reflect Unreasonable Hospitality. - Manage memberships, including sales, renewals, member communications, and exclusive events. Build relationships to increase engagement and loyalty. - Oversee spa team operations, staffing, training, scheduling, and payroll. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high team morale. - Develop and execute wellness programming, activations, and events to enhance guest and member experiences. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the spa or hospitality industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a resort or wellness related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all resort policies, safety procedures, and spa protocols.
  • Maintain spa appearance, cleanliness, and organization in all areas.
  • Provide leadership during peak periods, special events, and high-occupancy days.
  • Collaborate with other departments to elevate resort-wide wellness experiences.
  • Continuously assess spa trends, treatments, and wellness offerings to innovate and improve services.
  • Work with Marketing to promote spa operations, wellness programming, activities, and events to both guests and members.
