About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead and provide exemplary guest service; oversee spa reservations, check-ins, and retail experiences. Ensure all guest interactions reflect Unreasonable Hospitality. - Manage memberships, including sales, renewals, member communications, and exclusive events. Build relationships to increase engagement and loyalty. - Oversee spa team operations, staffing, training, scheduling, and payroll. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high team morale. - Develop and execute wellness programming, activations, and events to enhance guest and member experiences. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in the spa or hospitality industry.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a resort or wellness related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all resort policies, safety procedures, and spa protocols.
Maintain spa appearance, cleanliness, and organization in all areas.
Provide leadership during peak periods, special events, and high-occupancy days.
Collaborate with other departments to elevate resort-wide wellness experiences.
Continuously assess spa trends, treatments, and wellness offerings to innovate and improve services.
Work with Marketing to promote spa operations, wellness programming, activities, and events to both guests and members.
