About The Position

As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing menu items to standard while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and pace during service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, values consistency, and takes pride in being part of a team-driven operation.

Requirements

  • Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation throughout shift
  • Set up and break down station properly for service
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen team during service
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket times meet expectations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep and additional kitchen tasks as needed
