About The Position

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical is hiring a Drain Service Technician to provide drain cleaning and plumbing services in the Denver area. The role is sales-focused and involves diagnosing customers’ repair needs and selling the appropriate repair. The technician uses an iPad and ServiceTitan software and is provided with a company truck, phone, iPad, and uniforms. The schedule is four or five days per week, with one weekend day required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience.
• An apprentice card is required; the company can help obtain one if needed.
• Sales-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell repairs to customers.

Nice To Haves

• Apprentice Plumber card preferred.
