About The Position

Done! Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electrical is seeking a Drain Service Technician to provide drain cleaning and plumbing services with a focus on customer care and sales. The technician diagnoses customer issues and sells appropriate repairs. The position includes a 4- or 5-day schedule, with one weekend day mandatory. The company provides a truck, phone, iPad, and uniforms.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience.
• An apprentice card is needed; the company can help obtain one if necessary.
• A valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
• Customer service skills.

• Apprentice Plumber card preferred.
