About The Position

The Dough Maker is responsible for fulfilling job descriptions of pizza maker, cut & pack, and dishwasher/busser. This role requires completion and certification in the Dough Master Program, proficiency in rolling various types of dough (Italian, Thin, and NY), and the ability to prepare stuffed crust pizza. The Dough Maker must maintain a clean and organized dough-rolling area, including the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of the dough roller. Additionally, this position involves assisting in other restaurant areas as needed, completing opening and/or closing checklists, and performing other duties as assigned by Company Management.

Requirements

• One-year experience in a food preparation position preferred.
• Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Must have a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors and employees.
• Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40 pounds in weight.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills job descriptions of pizza maker, cut & pack, and dishwasher/busser.
• Completes and is certified in the Dough Master Program.
• Rolls Italian, Thin, and NY dough.
• Prepares stuffed crust pizza.
• Keeps dough-rolling area clean and organized.
• Takes apart, cleans, and assembles the dough roller.
• Assists in other areas of the restaurant when needed.
• Responsible for completing opening and/or closing checklists.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Company Management.
