About The Position

Aspen Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Door to Door Canvas Manager to build and grow its canvassing department. The manager will develop and lead a team of door-to-door canvassers who generate qualified appointments for the sales team, provide training and coaching, and work alongside the team in the field. The position requires outdoor field work in various weather conditions and a full-time schedule that includes weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of door-to-door experience.
• Ability to work in the field and lead by example.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic approach to each day.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers who generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Establish clear expectations and performance goals for team members.
• Train new hires on approach, objection handling, and appointment-closing techniques.
• Conduct weekly coaching, role-playing, and field training.
• Work alongside the team in the field to provide feedback and set appointments for the sales team.
• Identify new canvassing areas and opportunities.
• Develop daily strategies and target areas based on current and recent installs, demographics, and other factors.
• Ensure team members represent Aspen professionally and are dependable and results-driven.
• Maintain staffing levels appropriate to company goals and metrics.
