About The Position
The Donut Production role involves producing donuts by mixing ingredients, operating fryers and other equipment, decorating, extruding, and packaging products while meeting quality standards. The role follows recipes, sanitation requirements, GMP and PPE policies, and safety protocols. The work takes place in a fast-paced, team-oriented, safety-conscious atmosphere that may include high heat near ovens and cold temperatures in freezers or refrigerators. The schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and Thursday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM. Weekend and holiday work may be required when needed. Requirements
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in taste and appearance.
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, bend, climb, stand, and walk.
- Adequate visual and auditory acuity.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous commercial food production experience preferred.
- Proficiency with commercial mixers, ovens, and high-volume production techniques preferred.
Responsibilities
