About The Position

The Bakery Clerk supports day-to-day bakery operations by preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting with baking tasks from start to finish. Working alongside the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker’s Helper helps plan daily production, gather ingredients, and follow recipes accurately. Duties may include icing baked goods, monitoring oven temperatures, and checking that products meet quality standards. The role also provides courteous customer service, shares product information, answers questions, and maintains a clean, organized workspace. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistent results, and values teamwork, reliability, and customer experience.
