About The Position

The Niemann Harvest Market Donut Fryer duties include providing high quality donuts and pastries. The Donut Fryer is responsible for the execution of the donut/pastry plans laid out by the Bakery Manager and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or Associates of organization
• Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication), weights and measures
• Food Handler’s Certification as required by State Law provided at store level

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

• Scale raw ingredients
• Cuts, braids and fries donuts
• Ice and decorate donuts
• Displays or packages product
• Uses all equipment needed to produce goods
• Responsible for the organization, cleaning and inventory of work station
• Follow all Health Code guidelines
• Work within company programs, policies and procedures
• Promote and support established programs
• Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
