About The Position

The Donor Greeter works in a fast-paced environment, welcoming donors and assisting with donation intake, sorting, and customer service. Full-time team members can expect a consistent 40-hour work week.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds without support regularly.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
Report an accurate daily donor count.
Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
Provide world-class customer service to customers and donors.
