About The Position

Goodwill is seeking an active, customer-focused Donor Greeter for its Boca West location. The role involves greeting donors promptly, unloading vehicle donations, providing tax receipts, recording daily donor counts, and sorting donations for further processing. The position offers a fast-paced workday with varied tasks and frequent interaction with people. Full-time team members can expect a consistent 40-hour workweek.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
Report an accurate daily donor count.
Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
Provide world-class customer service to customers and donors.
