About The Position

Join the Domino's team as a Delivery Driver. Drivers make deliveries in a fast-paced environment and earn a base rate of $10 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. The posting advertises total earnings of $20–$28 per hour including hourly pay, tips, and mileage. No experience is needed, and paid training is provided. Tips and mileage are paid in cash nightly, with cash and credit-card tips paid at the end of each shift. The role includes paid time off for every employee and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 2 years of licensed driving history.
• Current valid U.S. driver's license.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI or reckless driving.
• Have a reliable, clean, well-maintained, street-legal personal vehicle with current registration, capable of frequent short trips; the posting notes that 50–100+ miles per shift may be possible.
• Provide proof of current liability auto insurance with the applicant listed as an insured driver.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 pounds repeatedly, stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, work in varying weather, and bend, reach, and move quickly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to read maps or GPS and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Smartphone proficiency for navigation and order apps.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available for the shifts the store needs, especially evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders, typically completing 3–4 deliveries per hour.
• Handle cash and customer payments, including tips.
• Use maps or GPS and order apps to navigate and follow delivery instructions.
• Provide customer service and communicate with customers.
• Work quickly, multitask, and perform duties under pressure.
