About The Position
Domino's, a locally owned and operated AG3, Inc. franchise in Woods Cross, Utah, is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Expert for the closing shift. The role delivers pizzas and other menu items to customers, provides courteous service, and supports accurate, efficient deliveries. Team members use a vehicle, GPS, and Domino's delivery management systems, handle cash and card transactions, communicate with store staff, and follow traffic laws and safety regulations. Duties also include maintaining a clean delivery vehicle, checking orders before leaving the store, delivering flyers and door hangers, and representing the Domino's brand positively. The position involves work in the store and traveling between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations. Physical activities include standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies and orders, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving. Bulk supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds, and delivery routes may involve five or more flights of stairs.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to a reliable, properly insured and registered vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physical capability to carry and deliver food orders safely.
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery time expectations.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner within a designated delivery area.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle.
- Use GPS navigation and Domino's delivery management systems to plan efficient routes and track deliveries.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
- Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery point.
- Ensure orders are complete and accurate before leaving the store.
- Communicate delivery status and customer feedback to store staff.
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a vehicle.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent Domino's brand values in customer interactions.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Unload bulk product deliveries and assist with stocking, cleaning, and other store tasks as required.
