About The Position

Domino’s Crew Members make, bake, and serve pizzas during daytime and nighttime hours. The role is suited to people who are enthusiastic, punctual, and comfortable communicating with customers. Crew Members may work independently or with coworkers and are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The position can offer opportunities to develop customer service, inventory management, and people-development skills and potentially grow into management or other roles.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality.
Ability to direct activities, work alone and with others, work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, meet strict quality-control standards, coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform the stated physical tasks, including lifting and/or stacking ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet customers enthusiastically, take orders, and provide positive customer service.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory; stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and coolers; and complete related paperwork.
Work alone and with others, coordinate with coworkers and customers, perform repetitive tasks, meet quality-control standards, and make timely, sound ethical judgments.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, including making correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
Use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
