About The Position

Domino’s Crew Members welcome and assist customers while helping prepare and serve pizzas. The role calls for enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. Crew Members may work independently or with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers. The position may be part-time or full-time and offers schedules intended to work around employees’ other commitments. Crew Members operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment; take inventory; stock ingredients and supplies; complete related paperwork; prepare products to Domino’s specifications; and process phone orders promptly. The work includes standing for most of a shift, unloading deliveries, and handling ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Opportunities for development and advancement, including toward management, may be available.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Ability to analyze and compile data and make timely, sound ethical judgments.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Ability to stand for most of a shift and handle physical tasks including lifting or stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds; occasional crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or stair use.
Hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Greet customers enthusiastically and take orders with a positive attitude.
Communicate and coordinate with customers and coworkers; process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage or work areas, and complete associated paperwork.
Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Perform repetitive tasks and work independently or with others while meeting quality-control standards.
Use arithmetic to handle transactions and provide correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
Unload deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies as needed.
