About The Position

Domino’s Crew Members make, bake, or take pizzas and help provide a positive customer experience. They welcome customers, communicate enthusiastically, take and process orders, prepare products according to Domino’s specifications, and support the daily operation of the store. The position may suit someone seeking a main job or supplemental work, and schedules may be part-time or full-time. Team members may have opportunities to develop skills and pursue advancement, including management.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, coordinate with others, analyze and compile data, and make sound ethical judgments in a timely manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform the described physical tasks, including lifting or stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome and communicate with customers in a friendly, positive manner.
Take customer orders and receive and process telephone orders promptly.
Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage or work areas, and complete related paperwork.
Unload product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies.
Perform repetitive tasks and work independently or with others, including under stress and against strict quality standards.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers, analyze and compile data, and make timely, sound ethical judgments.
Calculate accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator when needed.
